Hmm..
I think this faction is just joke, because:

1. Totally different guys in lead (Another is APK and another PK, so this makes me little bit confused..)
2. Alts... Alts never changes (Yeah faction based for alts for reading that purpose in wiki)
3. Just 2 members in faction (Usually factions got many members... nothing more to say)
4. You just take people in that alting and help to get stuff from another guy to another.

Really is this joke?

no, the purpose is to experiment the living whit a PK(for me) and an APK(for raynor) we will have future members soon
