dont shovel shit... thats the most boring and slowest way to get caps in the game. Go 1 square below military camp, by NCR, and loot masters army vs ncr army battles. Get about 5k worth of loot per battle.

im sure hes not that strong, but your right about the shoveling part

you just need a tent and then go level your build, after that make friends with players, once you got a solid group you will became rich
