Slaves should be able to Harvest, fruit and fiber.

Its basically mining, you got two types of resources, each its own purpose, so why are slaves unable to harvest fiber and plants just like mining?

Bases specifically but encounters would be nice too.  Also in towns, such as Klamath and Modoc.

Why not but only on base !
