Updates 19-11-2010 megaupload.

I uploaded all update files to one simple .7z package that you can extract example of Winrar or 7z programs.
Filesize is 56Mb (without .7z is it over 62Mb)
You must wait 45 seconds in Megaupload to download without Free account

There are only megaupload host now, but later i can put somewhere else, if you need.
