I got the quest but I was distracted and didn't read the text clearly. how the hell do i get the bunker base. The wiki doesn't help at all I talked to the trapper and I have the money but now I'm just lost. I remember seeing something about the boneyard and that's it.

well i talked to him again with a different character. It mentioned the boneyard but nothing about necropolis

Do I have to go to the bone yard and find some npc? then head to necro?

OK got there, found the man. Now when he says, give me the 500,000 and I do, the next part says, "make sure everyone is following you". My only answer is, "Nevermind" wtf? How many people do you need for a bunker? what is wrong?

2-3 people have to be following you. Mind you the location of a bunker is a little bit.. Well lets say I hope you don't mind ghouls as neighbours.

When you get "Nevermind" option, you should use Say button (bottom right AFAIR) and type exact name of faction, from list here.
