And there is nothing wrong in assumption that you want to walk slowly towards enemies when they shoot you.

I have an idea: make aim window shake randomly, then the game will require even more "skill"!

You make very good point
Unarmed is very under powered in PvP but you're talking about Fists vs Firearms you wouldn't wanna run faster into their bullets.
