death respawn time

IMHO spawning time is good as it is. If you die you have to 'pay'for that. 60 seconds is not so long time and you die so often that it would be troublesome.
60sec cooldown is preventing players from instant back to fight scene...

"Spawn points" means the place where you spawn after you ENTER the base :D 60 seconds are reasonable, no need to change it. Take Modoc, with spawn 15 secs you can be back equiped less in a minute.

well i think 40 secs is good to... mabey it should increas as you level.
yes, you can for sure spawn back at motels. witch makes me think that you spawn back at the higher teir bunkers. :P

the "spawn pints" on the wiki tells you where you will be entering the map from WM
