Where are the Work benches with additional tools? or Ammo terminal facility

You need to go to the workbenches in the building on the outside of the Sierra base, north of New Reno. You need to talk to the guy in a "Hermit" encounter to be able to see the base.

It is unguarded, and you still need to bring the books/tools required, so it is risky time-wasting, so that is why a lot of people don't make 7.62.

i went there, but the workbenches are treated as storage, much like a crate and the tool board above it.
there was no crafting option

Aye mate, Theres a Terminal on the second floor, Its not like a Workbench. Its like a terminal.
On the 3rd Floor theres a Broken machine you must use repair, Or Repair with a tool on.
The Machine regenerates the power allowing you to use the terminal.

Click on the terminal and its alot like the Toolboard, allowing you to make ya 7.62mm
