Agree, because now on Pyromaniac give just +5dmg (or that what i heard)

You mean you want to nerf Quick Recovery even further?...
Right now knock down consumes your 3 APs.
With this perk only 1 AP.
So with Quick Recovery you're "lying" on ground 1/3 of time. And you want to make 1/2?...
Also it still useless to consume 1 perk slot, when there're much better perks.

Crazy:
Quick recovery idea (to give a boost in stonewall way):
Knockdown:
you dont loose AG/3 AP (so with 9 or 10 AG, you don't loose any)
Knockout:
You don't loose AG*1.5 AP (a KO is between 1x and 3x your max AP)

Or you have only the animation when KD and you loose 3 times less AP when KO.
