minimal:
LA gives +5 dmg over summary damage OR +5 dmg per bullet (like BRD)?

LA has been the same way ever since I could remember. The Damage isn't referring to the gun (ex: 10mm pistol is 8-15 damage), it is just referring to the end result damage.
