keyboard typing russian!!??!!

My keyboard is now typing russian

as if it was ot hard enough to type in qwerty with an azerty...

anyone knows how to get it back to normal or is it a bug?

Ctrl+Shift to switch back, I think.

Can we disable Russian characters already? I don't expect everyone to speak English, but the Cyrillic just seems to do more harm than good these days.
