Weirdest glitch ever

I was out in the wastes when I randomly encountered marauders. They killed me (I'm level 1 lols) and I never revived. I even deleted my char and made a new one but it did litterally nothing.  I was following someone.

LagMaster:
if your live is over -20 and under 1, you will be still alive and you will regenerate
if you are under -20 HP you are dead and you will respawn over 60 seconds
