Looking for faction

I've played a bit before last wipe but then had to quit due to a busy real life. Now I'm back up and running. Still pretty fresh to fonline but not to the fallout series (Still have the good old cardboard boxes games used to come in  :-\). Currently got a lot of spare time to xp/pvp/mess around/etc.
At the moment rolling a smg burster/sg smith, once done I'll be making a sniper.

Looking for:
- Faction that speaks English as their main language
- Preferably already has a nice amount of active players (I often play at odd hours so the more peeps the more likely also someone to group up with late at night)
- Preferably uses ventrilo or similar program
