What is best BG weapon?

Bozar
Good:
-easy to use(for snipers)
-long range
-can be used at any range


Bad:
-super rare and expensive
-need special build to use it
-i never used it

I just wondering how you can know good/bad things about gun that you never used?

easy, i hate Big Guns and i wached to see what is the best bit of a big Shit(this is the only gun whit single AND that does not have splash dmg

so is basicly a SniperRifle, and i am used whit sniper-based weapons(Laser Rifle for now)
