Help finding the config folder

Hello, I am new here. Can you guys tell me where the config folder for the launcher is? I am running Windows Vista. I can't find it in my downloads folder.

Gunduz:
I'm not sure about a config folder, but if you run the launcher, there's a button to open the Fonline config.
