Plasma pistol - is it worthy?

I agree with Jovanka-and you have to think about bypasses. On armored opponent, the best way is to hope for a nasty bypass-and in that case, magneto laser is far better.
In fact, plasma pistol is totally unusable in PvP against a magneto laser (or maybe for a fast shot on a metal armor...).

On my opinion counting dmg against human armour has no point. Those pistols primary porposes are exping energy builds in which task is laser pistol supperior. (resistances to laser of centaurs and floaters are less or equal than to plasma) In serious PvP those pistols are usable only as bluesuit killer. Energy builds uses laser or plasma rifles.
