implement the drug Turbo
effect, increases AP regeneration by 1.5-2.0(allmoast same F:NV efect)

Crazy:
+AP=better AP regen=jet

Snackish:
Steady would be a cool idea except it'd make you more acurate so you can train at low levels.

Add all the mods from FNV! Scoped mauser, tri-beam laser rifle!

so there would be no side effect of the drug?

drugs are pretty screwed in this game already
