Can't launch FOnline

I can launch the launcher, but can't start the game. Grey screen then crash.

Anyway here's my log

Starting FOnline (version 0282-91)...

Engine initialization...
DirectInput initialization...
DirectInput initialization complete.
Sprite manager initialization...
Sprite manager initialization complete.
SpriteManager::LoadFontOld - File<OldDefault.bmp> not found.
FOnline engine initialization fail.

Surf:
Did you delete the default cache? Did you run the updater? Did you edit the FACTION.DAT to FACTION.ZIP in your FOnline.cfg file?

In the FOnline.cfg file, find the line "PatchDatPath=fonline.dat" and change it to "PatchDatPath=faction.zip".
DAT files entered deprecation stage, whenever a .zip file with the same name is downloaded, the corresponding .dat can be deleted. In addition, fonline.dat is deprecated.
