False. Ive had two characters with 300 science, one with 1 LK and one with 10 LK, there was no difference at all

It's 300% bloody science, what were you expecting?  It's called perfection and perfection is continous and boring.

This is the only quote I could find concerning Science and Luck, so you could be right. I can't find any explanation from a developer though (hint, hint).
