You must have copy of Fo2 to be able to play FOnline...
Surf:
You need your Fallout 2 Disc, because on this there are the "master.dat" and the "critter.dat" files.
Copy them into your fonline folder, or where you want them.
In case you already got a Fallout 2 Installation on your computer, the default order is "(Your Harddrive)>Program Files>Black Isle>Fallout 2"
Run the Config tool in your fonline dir and put the correct paths for the master and critter dat.

but okay, i'll try look for it, is it free ? or do i need to pay? :-\
Surf:
Of course you need to pay, since it is no abandonware etc.
Its a few bucks, so no huge payment needed. ;)
