Yeah i just thinking about this, because sometimes it very annoing to find flint in wasteland.
So now i suggest that tribal enemies (Nomads, hunting party, cannibals and others..)
Can be carry flint amount of 2-8 random.

What you think about this?
Is this totally useless?

I think it is useless. If you want flint, you can easily find it by entering almost any random map in the wasteland.

Your suggestion would add a little bit of colour to the game, but would not make anything easier really.

I like this, especially since Flint is just a basic material, so even if people continually kill tribals just for flint, it really won't do any harm to the "economy".

They could have rocks too (to decorate your garden) and even some herbs (NPC driven faction NPCs have radios worth 300, so why not?)

Yeah they and rocks could be looted from tribals too.
