I suggest messages on radio when offline (both you and your logged off friend have radio in hand - or use factions frequency)

it would be available by command like /r Nick, for example "/r Bob Where the hell are you?"

then a message appears telling that your friend is not online and that the message will be delivered as soon as the person logs on.

How would the system work "in world"? Shouldn't he have to check the faction terminal?
