If you're planning on using an LSW instead of other BG, 6 ST is enough.

He using buffout + nuka but can use psycho + beer too

I draw this on paper, without any char calculator, this build can be good in pvp?

With STR4 no stonewall for you. STR 6, AG 8 and jet is the option for you.

stonewall is important now in bg builds or what?

You have it in your build, dont you? With 4 STR you wont get one. And yes, its important.
