need help with sniper build

i already used search nothing i want is there so what i want is a sniper with high crits chance can talk 2 npc (3ch) and must have atleast 150hp am using it for pvp and pve when am not hunting people tag skills are sg ,fa and od anyhelp is good thanks :)

I would tag repair instead of first aid to keep your guns in top shape. I figure you can always use a stim pack to heal and bypass first aid, but there is no stimpack for guns and armor. My build is working good so far.. I have:

S-5
P10 (You need 10 perception to get the max range out of your sniper rifle)
E4 (You're sniping and staying back, Life is less important to us snipers and will be made up for with lifegiver perk)
C1 (Use other chars to do trading for you..)
I7
A8
L6(you really want criticals... Trust me)
Traits: Small frame, Finesse(it's worth it when the criticals roll in!)

Tag skills Small guns, Repair, Outdoorsman, could replace Repair with FA if you want.. Personal prefrence

Awareness
More criticals
Better criticals
Lifegiverx2
more criticalsx2

I'm only lvl 7 now but I allready seem to critical stuff about 50% of the time when shooting in the eyes. The only thing that could make this better is if I could get small guns and sneak both at a good lvl. Maybe one day I'll figure it out...

Repair should be 180+ or it is shitty repair. For combat char...
10 PE - 7 Int both are wrong.
And why do you need 9 AP for single shot sniper?

To topic starter:

small frame, finesse
Awareness, More crits, better crits, lifegiver, more critsx2, action boy.
Use cigarettes
So if you use sniper, you can shot make shot and turn away. then turn to enemy shot and turn away.
Or you can shoot arms with 14mm pistol 2 times as secondary weapon.
If you'll go for 1 shot sniper, i suggest even
5 9 8 1 6 6 6 and replace action boy with something

Or you may go for pistole crippler with BROF, just change a build little bit.
Any way CH3 is not recomended, but you may sacrifice EN or invest this points to luck wich affect eyeshots and protect your own eyes.

I'm starting to see some of the error in my ways. First aid would indeed be way more helpfull then repair. But this was my first build and a good learning experience. I'm very happy with my special stats though, if i could change them I might even take 2 off int and put then into agility, since I don't really need tons of skill points and AC and more AP is always usefull. Don't need high INT, just enough to get SG 200 Outoorsman 100 and the rest in FA. But... not worth starting over i suppose since I'm already lvl 12.
