yes - but since when? and i saw pple running in and out unimpeded - are you sure the rule is universal?

Only if yur part of a faction does night time apply.
this includes player made ones.

so you're saying that since i am part of vault city faction - my access to many areas is now nerfed/limited to daylight hours regardless of my reputation?
why is it so? it doesn't make any sense
