im sure this has been said before but i think they should remove the ability to steal from people who are bartering with npcs by the time you get out of talking with them its to late and all my shit has been taking and its starting to get anoying

That's almost the only way how to steal normally, because if player isn't bartering he can just... walk away really fast. So it'll nerf stealing a bit.

i never really did stealing is there a cool down for it?  i know he did it 4 times in a row before i could get out
