changing from turn to real time combat

What about changing from turn combat to real time combat by clicing end-CMBT (when all of players click it or there are only mobs)
This will be usefull, espacially while there is a bug with non-moving enemies.

example:
we are encountering a pigrats fighting with scorpions, but we dont want to fight (in turns) but only walk away, so we click end-CMBT and run to the exit

Stupid and possible to exploit in PvE, like in Arcanum, make your turn, then change to RT, etc.

it will change to RT only after critters turns (and you don't have full AP, just like ending combat now)

edit:
if we fight in RL it is the same like one turn + changing to RT

It is already the case. When all the players hit END CMB, the combat ends (and therefore it switches to non-combat, RT running etc).
