my sugg are remake XL70E3 from 5mm, to .223 or 14mm(burst 8)/ give some chance to live for smallgunner/ THX

Yes, it would definately make worth the crafting cost.  It should be one of the best small guns in the game, along with the sniper rifle, but shooting 5mm does less damage than the hunting Rifle. I agree
