The reference in general, tough, also describes the behaviour of players who "scream" about buying or selling stuff within protected cities (mostly NCR) or IRC. While in most MMO's something like this is happening in a way that players dont really have to listen to it, it can be kind of annoying in FOnline.

i did not even understand the word meme and just posted something in comparison to the other post´s.
thought i understood the core essence of it. the holy wiki says: "a meme or fad that spreads quickly through the Internet."
if you wants the belts tighter with the signification it's maybe not the right place for highly intellectual discussions about the specific sense of cyberspace words. especially not in tribal english
