what do you think of this sniper?
according to fcp it has 81% on eyes 50 hex with sniper rifle to 0ac and 71%to 30ac both with cigarettes

what do you think of it ?

All around good , reliable sniper build that can do most of what a sniper must do and most important succeed where others will not.

There's an option to switch chem reliant to one hander trait , making the build a very potent offensive gauss build. Viable option is to take another action boy instead of lifegiver , though i personally like relatively durable characters even if it's a sniper , gives me the reliable feeling and stability when engaging in combat. Sometimes you really need to soak up some damage , whether you like it or not

This build is not fail.  If I were the OP, I would go with this one...

The only thing I personally would do differently, is change the FA tag to Outdoors, and make Doc an even 100%.  FA is useless when it's that low (my personal opinion, of course), Stims are a much better alternative.  No cooldown with stims...

And even then, those differences are simply a matter of personal preference.

Nice take on the sniper. I think I am going to make something similar, but instead make it compatible for laser rifle once the 'finesse' & 'RBtE' perks get sorted out.

One question? Since the build uses jet why not scale strength back to 1? What is the point of having 2 str?

Exactly. With hp below 100 you are "a one shoot to kill char" - avenger with brd's, bazooka with AP rockets and you are dead. I think that 160 hp is a minimum to make some dmg before get killed.
